Bangbae historically is not the best area, a bot run down although much effort has been made to clean it up. Still not the greatest area of Seocho-dong. This hotel has small rooms and the cleaning is a bit inconsistent . Plumbing needs work as typically of smaller hotels the water does not drain well. Staff was helpful to change our room due to cleanliness and convenience being compromised.
