“I thought we would be at the Simonton Street location. I was unaware there was a Frances Street location. That should have been made clear to us, because we were separated from our friends and had a much longer walk to Duval Street. Also the Frances Street location had NO WATER to offer when it was a very hot and humid day! Finally, there was some breakfast food items left in the outdoor area for a while before it was cleaned up. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The cheap bike rental and private porch were highlights. The shared fridge didn’t work very well, had rotten milk in it, & the ice machine was broken but overall I would stay here again due to the value. Nice area, food walkable, & walkable to downtown (abt 2 mi). ”

“Small room but clean. Shower setup was extremely tight and the design required towels on the floor to prevent the rest of the bathroom from getting completely wet. They have a smallish but nice pool and sun deck and although I didn’t use them they had a lot of bicycles for cruising around. Full kitchen if you want to cook in and a decent sized tv with good choice of channels. A few blocks off of the busy area. “We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this gorgeous bed and breakfast. Our room (Key Lime) was beautiful, quiet and surrounded by tropical gardens. A delicious hot breakfast was served in a garden, and a small buffet of cold items was out every morning. The inn is just beautiful and we highly recommend. We will return.”
