"We had a wonderful time first time in miami and at the property. The property was beautiful everything was a ten the con is that everything is so expensive but worth it. Cannot wait until we return"

"The staff was very helpful and addressed my concerns right away. My TV wasn't working upon my arrival and a very nice gentleman had it working almost immediately. The front desk staff was kind enough to lend me a computer mouse for my laptop as I forgot mine. The only problem I encountered was during Saturday morning breakfast. It looked like there were only 1 or 2 staff trying to keep up with the breakfast rush. They were doing their best, but the orange juice was empty and the waffle mix and breakfast sausage both ran out and there were quite a few guests waiting in line for these items. But, again, they appeared to be doing their best. I think they were just understaffed. "
