Absolutely loved our stay at the Brice! From day one the staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet, beautiful neighborhood but is still walking distance to every restaurant or shop we visited this weekend. Our room was gorgeous and clean, and room service was always quick and did a great job. My only complaint would be that there’s a lack of seating at the pool - get there in the morning if you want to be able to lay out with your group!

Housekeeping only came once during our stay and only replaced the towels. No beds made, trash cans not emptied, floors not mopped! Our socks had to replaced due to the foors condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful

My door would literally not close to my room, which opened to the outside and it took me contacting the office five different times at night in order for it to be fixed. There was no room service and I couldn't even get someone to bring me toothpaste. It was also incredibly noisy. Finally, the room was filthy with mold all over the bathroom, brown spots in the tub and food, including popcorn under the bed. I ended up leaving after the first night of a five night stay.

Staff was professional and courteous. Dogs stay free and convenient location to dog park. Room was fine and nice happy hour, free wine for one hour and free coffee or tea in the morning. Only suggestion microwaves in room would be nice.
