It seems that you booked one of our Single Queen rooms, which due to the age of the building are a little smaller than our King rooms. I have passed on your feedback to my head office. Hello Alen, I am sorry you felt the need to leave a review when you did not stay with us. I apologize that our attempts to reach you after you did not show up for the first night of your two night reservation were not successful, however it is your responsibility to contact expedia to cancel any reservation you do not intend to use prior to the cancellation window expiring, which for this reservation was 3 days prior to the date of check in. As we had no communication from you prior to your arrival that you would not be coming, and the phone number provided through Expedia did not answer, we followed policy and charged you for only 1 night stay + tax, as we had turned guests away that night who were looking for accommodation.
