We understand the importance of this amenity, and we appreciate your understanding. The pool and hot tubs are cleaned daily and monitored for debris. With the unusually warm period we are having, it's a sign of good weather to come and with that, houseflies are attracted to the heat from the pool and hot tub. We are working on the getting the upper hand on addressing the issue and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

Unfortunately, your suite preferences were not transferred to us which may have led to us not meeting your expectations.With regards to EV charging services, we are working with our partners to expand services across the resort. Hello Michael, thank you for staying with us. With regards to parking and related fees, we implemented paid climate controlled underground parking several years ago to better manage our outdoor facilities and allow us to maintain these facilities overnight and in the early morning when the lot is void of vehicle obstructions. The paid underground parking also allows us to improve service by controlling access, whereby a guest room with 4 occupants may park 2 or more vehicles, and these facilities would quickly fill to capacity, leaving many overnight guests without the option. All guests of our Village properties are invited to enter the underground parking area to load and off load before locating their vehicle to an outdoor spot.
