“Great place to stay. Excellent service. Beautiful room. Quiet place. The only downside is the surrounding neighborhood. It’s a little unnerving to walk around that area but maybe we just aren’t used to areas like that in Toronto.”

“Highly recommend! We enjoyed the two bed and two bath with small but comfortable kitchen. Location is amazing, right in downtown and easy to walk around and get to every place. Apartment is super clean and maintained really well. We would love to come back again. Property owner was super responsive and helpful with all the check in process. ”

“After almost 2 month, they suddenly emailed me saying that they wud charge $49 for cleaning, as it was missing on the web site. Since it wasn't mentioned on the website, how can guests know about the extra fee? When I paied for it, it was saying 'total price'! Anyway, I complaint it to Hotels.com , and ended up not paying the extra $49. I stayed there comfortably but it ruined the good empression. For future guests, please contact them first if they charge cleaning fee later. ”

“Dans l'appartement que nous avons loué le lave vaisselle était défectueux avec de la vaisselle sale à l'intérieur. Il manquait des débarbouillettes, de drap. Il n'y avait aucun matelas qui était recouvert d'une enveloppe plastique ou autre. En plus, les murs étaient abimés (collant, peinture enlevé). merci!”

“While it was a thrill to stay in the Marilyn Monroe towers, this is very misleading and is not a hotel. I got an extra $20 charge when I was checking in, which I was told was a $5/day service fee. Received the key, went to the "hotel". LOTS of trouble trying to get in the building & called the help number. He talked me into staying; waited for about 10 minutes for him to drive there to walk me through getting into my room. I mentioned the $20, lack of hair dryer & information-no response except...
