Our staff did the best they could regarding the situation and providing an alternate upgraded room on the first floor for the evening and helping move your items. Unfortunately the first floor rooms were already reserved for that next night which is why we couldn't make the move permanent once the elevator was up. Thank you again for staying with us. We are currently training new staff and will work hard to get everyone up to speed as quickly as possible. Unfortunately because this was a third party pre paid reservation we could honor the discount request. If you would like to use discounts like Triple A or a local university rate, you would need to contact the hotel directly as third party sites are not able to offer those and we can't change their rate once the reservation is made.
