Thank you Robert for your Review and sorry to hear you did not enjoy your 1 night stay with us.The parking is tight but with a little patience it does work, and there is always an option to park out front of the property which is very safe.Unsure what the issue was with the WIFI connection on your girlfriends phone, but obviously a phone issue if you were able to connect on yours. Sometimes turning the Phone off and restarting can fix the problem.When running at full occupancy, dependant on other guests usage this can slow down some, but will look into the problem.Traffic is not normally an issue but at present SH1 has been detoured via Mangawhai due to the Brynderwyns Closure. Hi Sandra.Thank you for your Review and letting us know of some issues you had.The Super King you slept on is a Medium so could be your preference of bed to be soft. Wish there was a button we could press to change the firmness.WIFI should have been just fine but have reset the Devices just in case. The TV Remote has been found and our apologies it wasn't available. Guests must have been turning it on and off Manually. It would be great should you have issues just to give the office a call so these can be rectified at the time to give you a better experience. Kind Regards

You would have been advised the stay charge by Expedia at time of booking, so no surprise at the charge on check-in. We do however sincerely apologise for entering the room before you had checked out, but due to no vehicles on the property had thought all guests had gone. Once we had taken the key from the bench we did not wish to interrupt again and had hoped to catch you on leaving to let you know we had the key. Wishing you all the best.

Hi Robyn and thank you for your review. The one night stay was not enough time to enjoy all that Waipu Cove has to offer. The Spa Pool still works well so unsure why you think this needs replacing. It may not be the latest of the latest but still works well. We have looked for your something of value and am sorry we did not come across it after the clean and another two persons checking for you. We have a lost property box which everything left behind is put in and if valuable contact the guests directly. Regards.
