"I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times,but I noticed it’s starting to get a little shabby. The common areas are beautiful. The hotel dining is delicious and also very beautiful. However, the rooms are pretty plain and there’s a lot of wear and tear. Hotel spa was very nice and I really enjoyed it. It was one of the highlights of the hotel."

"I was told by Hotels.com there was free breakfast At the Paramount Hotel. In fact, free breakfast at the Paramount Hotel does not exist."

"Nice stay in the heart of the theater district of Manhattan. Very convenient as well, next to a subway stop. One suprise was teh hotel's $30 destination fee, and the hotel providing us with a $30 credit to be used for food in the hotel. My family didn't realize that the credit had to be used that night, so we appreciated that the hotel was gracious and allowed the credit to be used for hotel food the following morning. My family would stay here again."

"This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and new. Very upscale. The location is perfect if you are going to the theater. It is our new go to place to stay. We were on the 9th floor and heard NOTHING from the street. Great sleep."

"I’m a returning guest, and I enjoyed my experience at the Park Lane Hotel. Everything was very nice and I felt very comfortable during my stay. My concerns… the mini fridge was not stocked with anything, zero snacks and drinks. No ice machine on my floor, or anywhere else, nothing, but there’s an ice bucket in the room?? And no coffee machine in the room or coffee pods. Unbelievable. What does the daily resort fee cover? WIFi? I’m sure they negotiate a discount rate for WIFI, but every guest...

"Property was centrally located in the middle of Times Square. Hotel staff was very friendly, and the housekeeping staff was very attentive to ensure we had adequate towels, etc. for all four guests in the room. That is rare. Also great location as we had tickets to see The Wiz right in the Marquis Theatre in the hotel. "

"The Arlo is your classic boutique hotel at the southern end of Soho. Our room was very clean and well appointed, although it was small (the smallest on the floor according to the map on the door). Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the front desk was incredibly attentive, polite, and cordial. The location is at the edge of several interesting areas and very conveniently near the Canal St 7th Ave subway stop. We will return again if the opportunity arises!"

"Staff was friendly, welcoming, restaurant bar was great. Rooftop bar hasn’t opened yet, but loved the vibe back when it was called the Rare bar and Rooftop. Two bedroom apt was clean, A/C didn’t work in front living space. Maintenance rigged it, but temp/fan couldn’t be changed, so area was chilly but bearable. Daily housekeeping was a plus, even with our late exits from the room."
