"What a fantastic hotel! Upon arrival, they took our bags and rather than queueing they led us to a seat, gave us cold water and a cold compress. We stayed on the 58th floor and we Paid for for the lounge access which I think is well worth it. Rooms were spacious, had a seperate lounge area, huge bathroom with a bath and shower. Breakfast oso not bad...the hotel ferry to ICON Siam good idea but ended up 5.30pm evening too early, last ferry shld be ending 7pm or 7 30pm from ICON Siam much convenient for hotel guest...at least let hotel guest finished their dinner n take last ferry ride 7pm or 7.30pm better...5.30pm ferry ride too early...otherwise hotel is good !
