The mgr hung up on me when I requested a refund and this was after I had to call multiple times to even get in touch with someone to help me . People live in the hotel and it’s unsafe . The front desk doesn’t have someone available to help. "Oh, where do I begin! We were pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of the room. No cigarette smells and no homeless people hanging around. Security on site and seen several times walking the parking lot. I’m a native of SD so I was there to show my friend the sites.
