I felt bad for the staff cause people are disrespectful and leave towels and food and drinks by the pools and camp out all daywith no courtesy to others waiting to use the Jacuzzi. "Very nice hotel, kept clean and well decorated. Hotel lacked some basic necessities like room service, bottled water for the coffee machine in the room, furniture maintenance and lighting in the room very outdated and dark to the point that we couldn’t see the unique wall decorated with leather wallpaper. Furniture in the room was beat up quite a bit"
