"Conveniently located, all staff were very polite & helpful. I loved the complimentary water - it was appreciated. Rooms were beautiful and everything was very clean. I think my only negative was I was woken up a couple of times during the night by people walking past. "

"We arrived in the morning and 'checked in' but given the earliness of our arrival the room was obviously not ready which were more than aware of. Staff however booked us in, gave us a card to access all the Hotel's facilities and called us as soon as the room was ready. Staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was fast and the reception area was well maintained and spacious. We were upgraded to an ocean view and our room was excellent! Spacious, clean, modern. "
