"-We stayed in room 101-it was almost unbearable listening to the people staying above us walk around. No sound proofing. -We purchased round trip ferry tix thru the hotel at the dock. On return we could not find them. The hotel told us to go thru the ferry. The ferry said it should have been handled at the hotel. We had to pay for the ferry tix AGAIN. I felt that was a total racket! There’s NO EXCUSE for that one!! We were tired and ready to go home-had no energy left to argue nor try to prove...
