"Staff were a pleasure to work with. The room was clean and stocked. The location was perfect for walking to Bella Terra for movies and shopping plus there's were an abundance of eating out options. The bed in the room sagged on one side making it feel like you were going to fall off. The TV and remote were slow to respond, didn't allow for any kind of brightness adjustment and volume had to be turned up to 40 to be heard clearly. HDMI output did not work. Could not connect a media device to...
