This was our second stay at Hotel Huntington Beach, this time for a wedding, and it reminded us why we came back. The hotel has a beautiful, elegant feel while still being comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious, and made for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location is also convenient, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, and right next to the beach. Overall, another great experience. We'd happily stay here again the next time we're in the Huntington Beach area.

I reserved this hotel without really knowing what it looked like. I was frustrated from trying to find a place for a good long time and solve this. Saw the price and said that’s what I’m taking. I was so surprised when we pulled up to see how nice it was outside how nice it is inside will definitely go back and everybody should stay here at least once absolutely can’t be the price. Great beds. Bathrooms are clean. Everything was great and they have a restaurant inside wow I love it.

Do not judge a book by its cover because if you do you will be greatly disappointed just like I was. I read over the reviews from the past and they were very upbeat and made this place seem like a great place. The lobby was very nice but once you enter the elevator everything changed. The hallways were bleak and smelled of dust. The room at first glance was 3/5 but once you get settled in you will realize it’s a 1/5. The beds and pillows are old. The bathroom is outdated, all the light switches had cracks around the light plates, the sink is worn out and the front panel was water logged. I am an average size male but I felt like a giant in the shower, the shower head was a good foot below my head. I saved the best for last the AC was loud and full of mold and there was a roach in the bath tub. I tried to call the front desk but their phone lines were down and when I tried to call on my cell no one answered. I would not recommend this place to anyone that I truly respected.

Pool & Spa are a big bonus for this property. Cleaning Staff earned a nice tip each day for room cleanliness & we’re also very nice & friendly for getting us extra coffee & needed supplies in a timely manner. Hotel carpet is in need of being replaced. Same for the bathroom metal including shower, door, and sink. Our bathroom door knob in room 414 actually fell off on our stay as did the shower turn on knob! Breakfast was good & reasonably priced compared to other local restaurants. Buffet choices & service were very good. Finally, The TV, A/C, and Coffee Pot all worked well. Front Desk staff, Celeste “The Best” & Olivia were very nice & helpful during our stay. Overall, I consider this a good place to stay in a great location. German Village, Costco, & awesome Mall - All directly across street are a Big Bonus for staying in this area. Thanks
