I liked the hotel it was very clean and included parking and breakfast. However they offered shuttle service to and from Met Life Stadium. That was a mess, we had tickets at a concert that ended at 11pm and although the hotel is a 6 minute ride away the shuttle bus didn't get us back to the hotel until 1:30 AM. We called the hotel and the receptionist could not figure out where we were. We were told by the driver he would pick us up at one location but the pick up location was elsewhere. It was a mess. It was if it was the first day using the shuttle bus. Nobody knew what was going on.

Only stayed there for one night. The front desk was quite friendly & helpful, just as the breakfast crew! The gym is pretty small compared to other 3 star hotels that I've stayed in so I didn't use it. Not a deal breaker but I would have expected slightly better.

The front desk staff was very helpful on a super busy check in day (due to a big concert) There was an issue finding 1 of my Expedia confirmations but she worked it out and finally got us checked in to both rooms.

Very good choice for a hotel close to MetLife stadium or American Dream. Convenient shuttle service included in your stay, we found very reliable. Breakfast & Parking also included. Room was nice, check in & out was quick and all staff were very professional. Would stay again.
