Our property is located at the top of hill having two buildings one in front of the other. Selva is an old village and this means literarily 3 meters one separated to the other. We are very small; Sa Bisbal has 6 rooms and our other building 10. Our front desk is opened 12 h where our guests find always somebody there. We also provide a whatsapp/phone number that can be used 24h. In order to provide a good experience we also advice where to park; when parking further of our recommendations we understand our guests can read all traffic signs and we would help if somebody doesn’t understand them; even though they are also in english. It is a pity that this experience was affected by the fact that we did not pay a car fine for parking incorrectly. We always help our clients and we take very carefully all guests comments. However we do not follow threats or unfair demands. Our staff is like a family and always are there to help.
