"The staff was terrific. Very helpful and responsive. The hotel is a bit challenging to find as no cars are allowed on it's little cobblestone alleyway. Arriving in that area in Naples, with wall to wall graffiti everywhere is a bit disconcerting, especially at 7am when the streets are pretty deserted. "Great hotel - awesome views, service and pools. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable (we had a family triple) The only criticism is having to pay for water in your room. They should have refillable water which saves wasted bottles. Also, expect to pay €20 to get into town or walk for 20 mins or so. We thought that compromise was worth it for the bigger hotel slightly out of town "
