"Location, location, location. This property is literally in the heart of the Myeongdong shopping district. The night market and train station are less than a 5 minute walk; there are a ton of restaurants and cafes right outside the front entrance, around the corner, every which way around the hotel. I thought with such a lively area, it would be noisy and hard to sleep. Even when we checked into our room, they offered ear plugs; not exactly a good sign. But to my pleasant surprise, I...

"Amazing stay at Lotte World Hotel😍 I just love this hotel; from the design, the ambiance, the entire staff (from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant…) was extremely helpful and so friendly. Everything was absolutely perfect 👍 The food at the restaurant was so delicious with a wide range of wine selection…and we couldn’t get enough☺️ The location is great! "The service from the staff was excellent. I have stayed here a few times now when I’m in Seoul. It is very conveniently located in Gangnam area and easy access to 2 subway station and the City Airport Bus terminal inside the Coex mall. Hotel is also family friendly with offerings for the little ones in the hotel. My only disappointment in the hotel could use a renovation. It feels a little outdated "

"This property was wonderful it had a great services, the only thing is to get to most places it’s a least a 30 min taxi. Which isn’t bad but just mentally prepare. The 37 restaurant and grill was amazing!!! The food was prepared wonderfully. Also if you do need a taxi the front desk personnel will call one for you, just tell them the destination. "
