"I had a beautiful stay at the Palm Beach Bungalow Resort. I stayed in a beach front bungalow which was very clean and had a beautiful view. The staff were lovely, and all the meals were delicious. I went on the boat trip which cost 20 USD and included fruit and drinks. We went snorkelling, fishing and swam with glowing plankton. I definitely recommend doing this if you have time. They even arranged for my headphones to be delivered back to my hotel in Phnom Penh after I forgot them on a lounger! They also worked really hard to rake the beach every day and keep it clean. "

"This was an incredible hotel and it was luxury staying in one of the luxury tents. The tents had everything you needed and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I couldn't speak more highly of the staff, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. Even though I paid through Expedia, I was required to pay, in American cash, a deposit of $50.00. I got it back when I checked out. "AC was broken in all four rooms they put me in. Tried to say the C (Celsius) stood for cooling! GET OUT OF HERE. Finally sent a maintenance man for him to say it was broken THEN they believed me. And what’s up with no Cambodians allowed in the casino? …. In Cambodia. Only lightened up after my friend spoke a little Chinese. Beautiful facility but not worth it "
