“Property manager was nice and always available for any question I have. It was a very quiet and comfortable property with clean sheets, and the shower is wonderful. When I needed help all I had to do was send a message and the manager answer me immediately. Thank you for the relaxing experience. I appreciate everything you did for me and needed the rest. ”

“일단 머무는 아파트와 리셉션은 분리 되어있습니다. 리셉션이 있는 곳은 스시야하고 빵집이 있는 아치형 문으로 들어가서 바로 오른쪽에 하단으로 내려가는 길을 가면 나옵니다. 매우 해맸네요. 전체적으로 제가 머물은 곳은 위치나 이런건 다 좋았어요 방도 넓고, 세탁기도 있어서 좋습니다. 근대 단점은 좀 늦게 들어가면 현관 아주머니가 문을 열어주셔야 하는데 우크라이나어를 못하면 문 여는게 좀 불편합니다. 참고 하세요.”

“SO easy to communicate with and very kind people! The amenities were impressive, especially for the price and even a spider snuck into my bed because I think he likes the property, too :). “very good experience. Clear instructions on how to get there (important! as came two hours late - train delay), immediate reactions via whatsapp, clean - loads of restaurants close by and Kyiv Opera is 5 mins walking. Both Figaro and Nabucco were excellent. Room was nice and tidy, bedroom (upstairs) also very good.”

Bathroom not at current minimum standards (soviet style): old and dirty bathroom, one single tap common to bathtub snd sink, shower curtain too short. Kitchen ok. Sewage smell all over the apartment. No international TV channel in EN or FR. Common stairs very dirty and sometimes broken. Concierge half polite. 24 h availability not available as advertised on Hotels.com. ”
