"The checkin at the general store in town was smooth, they were able to hold my luggage before my room was ready and also after my stay when I was waiting for the train. The service was great, I came back each evening to a clean room. My room didn’t have AC, but it with the window open and a fan I was pretty comfortable."

"The views were stunning. The facility was so cute and very clean. No grill or kitchen here, but they have a microwave. We knew that ahead of time so we planned for it as there are not a whole lot of options super close by to just grab a bite to eat. Nonetheless, the place itself was super awesome. Very peaceful and secluded I would love to stay here again."

"The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable, though our double queen room had a queen and a single. The kids had fun in the pool. The AC was from the 80's I would guess (and everything was definitely "dated") and did ok keeping the room a fairly comfortable temperature. Breakfast was at best mediocre. Cereal, toast and moldy pre-packaged maple bars. We had to wait about 20 min to check in because the only person on shift had to go change over a room that housekeeping missed, which was discovered when another traveler was given a dirty room. Overall a decent stay, but not a place I would go out of my way to stay."

"I stayed here 50 years ago, and not much has changed, which pleased me and my family. The property was very well maintained, and the original charm still existed. As we knew , no AC was available, but we had 2 box fans and cool nights. I was most impressed by the little gift basket and hand signed card by the staff on my birthday."
