“The hotel itself was very clean and the room was spacious and lovely balcony , however breakfast which although included was very basic and you had to pay extra for things that were not in the basic à la carte selection and with a very limited buffet.. Their morning on the house coffee was terrible and so you had to pay for a better cappuccino or espresso. There was not even a welcome bottle of cold water in the fridge upon arrival. Only a jug of tepid water on a 35 degree day.”

The staff was so incredibly helpful both in person and online (very responsive to Expedia and whatsapp messages), the room was clean, and the wifi worked well. They went above and beyond with helping us find transportation around the area, recommending places to go, and helping us with phone and printing needs.”

I called the hotel. No answer. I stopped by in person to cancel personally. No person at the front desk. The front desk and entrance is located in a Starbucks. I emailed Expedia to cancel. Nothing.
