“Paula is one of THE BEST hosts I’ve ever had. She was friendly, checked in on us, and was always quick to respond. Enrique (the onsite staff) was also very helpful. The casita is cozy and small, but beautiful - the lake view is unmatched! The dual shower is pretty awesome as well. The lake water is clear and extremely pretty. “It cUsed many problems to get another booking, cause the hotel is out of service.I went and it’s closed. Apparently, a shopping mall will be built soon. I think it would be very good that you make updates to avoid these inconvenients to your customers. I hope the vredit card iwas not charged. The bank says they aren’t responsible for this and still it cannot be seeen on the ststement of account. First time I have this inconvenient. May you help me finding out about payment?
