The room was beautiful and it was really clean. The area of the hotel is also very beautiful with all the trees and plants everywhere. Perfect location in my opinion, the stores close around 9pm and it's quiet after sun fall. San Juan and San Pedro is only 10-15 ferry ride. It was an excellent stay and the staff were very helpful with our luggage.

Nested in the rock, our suite had a great view of lake Atitlán and the Atitlán and San Pedro volcanos. We ordered our delicious breakfast to eat at our balcony with this view. The food at the vegetarian restaurant was also great! The owner and Staff were awesome and service oriented. The hotel is next to the natural reserve and diving spot called Cerro Tzankujil which we highly recommend for a view of the lake under the trees, a 12 m dive, kayaking or a swim in the clear water.

We had a wonderful stay at Lush! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel at home. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very eco-friendly, which made the experience even more special. I was initially a little worried because the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, but it actually gets quite cool at night, so we didn’t really need it. They also provide fans if you get warm, which was a nice touch. The hotel is also very well located, everything was like 2 min walk in San Marcos, Overall, the hospitality was outstanding, and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely come back!

This boutique hotel in San Marcos is def for adults. Very few amenities. Very simple. Great location next to the park and close enough to restaurants. However when you exit the boat there are no clear signs as to what direction to go. San Marcos is a small quiet and relaxing town.

Mi regadera estaba tapada. Pero rápidamente me apoyaron a destaparla, lo cual aunque tomó algo de tiempo se pudo resolver. Sugiero se revise este tipo de temas antes de rentar una habitación para asegurarse de que está lista. También hubo días que casi no salía agua de la regadera, al parecer es un tema de aire que se cuela en las tuberías por lo que me comentó la persona encargada, pero afortunadamente lo pudieron resolver después de unos minutos.
