โIt was a beautiful cave hotel but inconvenient a little bit. I couldnโt use the bath tube because of smell of water and dirts. The hotel was well decorated but not reasonable for paying the high cost for staying. โ

โThe decor of the rooms was lovely, and rooms were very large and comfortable. The staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfasts were great. However, there was a lack of attention to details such as the dead bolt on the room door didnโt work, and the bathroom door didnโt shut completely. Also, we found the rooms quite noisy from other visitors talking in the hallways and lobby at night.โ
โThe owner of the property took good care of us, before, on and after our vacation in Cappadocia. The room that we had was very clean and huge. We were provided bottled water everyday. โStaff were very helpful and accommodating. We arrived at Urgup much earlier than the check-in time and they let us relax in the lobby and also got our room ready much earlier than expected so we could rest. Very kind family and the breakfast was amazing. โ
