โWarm welcome. Attractive room with excellent walk-in shower. Only downside was that the room was very cold all evening, but there was effective additional bed cover. Dinner was one of the best weโve enjoyed - impeccable. Very good and copious breakfast with lots of local producers featured. โ

โMedieval monastery converted to a beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes.

โThis is an excellent hotel, comfortably worth a higher classification than its official three stars. Our room was of a very generous size, effectively a suite, the bed was extremely comfortable, the furniture of high quality and the bathroom smart as well as highly functional. Parking, at 5 euros per night, was located conveniently at the hotel's annex just across the road. Breakfast selection was generous and the food very fresh. We dined in the hotel on both of the evenings that we were there....
