At breakfast the hot food did not stay hot for long - clients often did not close lids but service staff ignored that fact - easy fix. 2. “The outside temperature during my stay was over 40°C, but my room stayed at a suffocating 30°C. The air conditioning was practically non-existent. To make matters worse, I had paid hundreds of euros extra to upgrade to a castle view. Their only solution? They nonchalantly asked, 'Do you want to try using a fan?'
