“I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this Kempinski property. I had previously encountered an issue where my child’s age was incorrectly set to a default of 2 years old in other bookings on Hotels.com. To avoid this, I sent a message 10 days prior to check-in to clarify that the actual age is 11, but I received no response. Upon arrival, I was told a cradle had been prepared for my room. When I asked why, the staff told me to verify the age myself and demanded documents from...

For a 5-star hotel charging exorbitant rates, this is unacceptable. In fact, the hallway was actually cooler than my room. The absolute peak of this nightmare was breakfast. I found a...

“Generally good across the board - restaurant operations can be improved. 1. At breakfast the hot food did not stay hot for long - clients often did not close lids but service staff ignored that fact - easy fix. 2. On 2 occasions we could not get dinner because a large group overwhelmed the kitchen - information in this regard should have been posted near the bar early in the day so that other guests could have planned to have dinner out.”
