“Loved our stay, it was incredible! Staff was wonderful especially Kenneth. We did a boat tour and he was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic to ensure all the birds on my list were at-least attempted to be found, which he successfully located 100% of them! We saw many herons, hummingbirds, storks, roseate spoonbills, kingfishers, and jabirus! (Among so many other life-listers) At sunrise I sat on the balcony of our room with coffee and binoculars and saw many amazons, parakeets, and even a...

“The bar and restaurant area was beautiful and the only problem was that it was not open when I was there. Breakfast was good. The pools were clean. It is very nice gated community. And a safe environment. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The entire staff was amazing. What a peaceful property and lovely people :))”

“Limpieza, mantenimiento y jardinería de la propiedad, excepcionales. El desayuno, maravilloso.”

“The only amenity at this hotel is air conditioning. The room has paper thin walls that the plaster/paint was falling off of. The bathroom sink had moss or mold growing out of the cracked caulking. The front desk staff wasn’t around for us to check out early.”

“we absolutely loved our stay! when we arrived we were grateful for all the directions and suggestions on the car and how to get there. the hot tub was incredible! we woke up to a rainbow the following day and than enjoyed a fantastic lightening storm. we stayed in the the glass cabin 2.0 they even left us fresh eggs for the morning!”

“Our party of 3 arrived the evening of Apr 3rd for a 3 night stay. The owner showed us to our cabin, and it was in terrible condition. The stairs were loose, the handrailing was rickety, the door didn't fit properly. Once inside, we could see it was poorly built, the bathroom was dirty, and it appeared not to have hot water, although we never had a chance to find out for sure. We went for something to eat, and then came back to the cabin for a shower and a nights sleep. My 2 friends were...

“Excellent”

“We wanted to book somewhere in the middle of nowhere and this was what we booked. What a stunning view of the surrounding area and the night sky was something I hope I can remember forever. The lodge was what you can expect for the price, certainly adequate enough and breakfast was more than enough and was included too. We arrived just before the season start and I think there’s an image of the jacuzzi but don’t expect it to be operational, no big deal. Have a walk around the local area, there’s...

“This place was one of our favorites in Costa Rica. The views are breathtaking. The outdoor balcony with unique hammock, swing, and jacuzzi tub was our favorite place to enjoy morning coffee and their incredible breakfast! They provided cozy housecoats as well that keep you warm on the chilly mornings. Javier was amazing. So personable, thoughtful and kind. I loved all the small details put into the cabins and the cheery burst of color in the decor. The property is gorgeous and a great...

“Muy buen hotel y a buen precio”

“No words I can write could ever do this place justice. The views are unbelievable and the amenities in the room go above and beyond expectations! There were umbrellas, card games, a telescope for looking at the stars, an outside lounge net, a hot tub on the balcony, and even the shower had a window with an amazing view! Alex was so welcoming and friendly! He recommended the best dining spots and brought us on a night-walking tour and a guided tour of the Monteverde Hanging Bridges!”

“Property was clean and comfortable. ”
