“Frühstück war in Ordnung ”

“Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend ”

“We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne ”

“Wir waren schon das zweite Mal Hrad Vildstejn. Und wieder hat sich bestätigt, es hat alles von vorne bis hinten gepasst. Angefangen vom Zimmer, ein sehr großes geräumiges Zimmer, bzw. Zwei. Das Frühstück war auch gut, war alles da was man braucht und was satt macht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Dame an der Rezeption kann deutsch, also besser als ich tschechisch.”

The rooms beautifully balance modern comfort with timeless craftsmanship , and the facilities — especially the Pürovel Spa — are world-class. “Check in was a bit tricky because our phones weren’t working properly. The room was fantastic and Anna was super helpful. The only problem was that we kept getting lost in the castle! It was a great stay, and we saw the resident falcons.”

“Very nice place, well maintained, extremely clean, very big room, excellent breakfast beautifully presented and very fresh, big parking lot. Every staff person was lovely, kind and welcoming. Room was beautifully decorated and having all I needed for a pleasant stay. Free tea/coffee facilities in a shared space with available honesty bar. I definitely recommend this place for business or pleasure trip, alone or with loved ones. Thank you very much to all the lovely staff!!”

“We stayed for 1 night. The property is elegantly decorated. The area is residential and you can reach the center of the city easily by car and public transport and even by walking for a bit more. Parking on the road was easy to find. The room was clean , spacious with comfortable beds .We asked for a cot and it was provided although it was not mentioned in the amenities, therefore we would advise the property to edit their amenities description. “Die Lage ist sehr ruhig im Grünen. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Das Frühstückbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit.”

“Zimmer sehr sauber und groß, Personal freundlich, das Hotel ist sehr Haustier freundlich. Zwei Näpfe und Hundedecke am Zimmer. Das Restaurant ist Abends nur auf Vorbestellung geöffnet. Sollte man beachten. Das System mit dem Schlüsselkasten für Ankünfte nach 20:00 Uhr funktionierte sehr gut. Danke für den gelungenen Aufenthalt. Die weitere Umgebung ist für das Wandern mit Hund wirklich schön. Komme gerne wieder! ”
