“We were greeted warmly by the reception on arrival and the hotel itself was lovely. We stayed in the suite and for the money is was absolutely excellent with beautiful views out over the square. Be aware breakfast is on the floor above so you can sometimes hear that from the room but it didn't really trouble us. I would be happy to stay here again without question.”
“One of the best hotel experience I've had in a while. The location of the hotel is a huge plus, being so close to many important historic sites of beautiful Riga old town. Food is wonderful and the cigar bar is very classy. I didn't get a chance to experience their complementary spa service, but I plan on revisiting Grand Palace Hotel again.”

“The room was charming and very affordable during the peak tourist season. I had a lovely dinner at the rooftop restaurant (the salmon was excellent—the views were just as good!) Upon check-in, I advised the front desk that I needed to check out early due to a flight. Since I was missing the breakfast buffet, the hotel staff arranged that a sack breakfast be prepared for myself and my daughter. That was an unexpected and most welcome surprise. I’d stay here over and over. ”
