Location is excellent for exploring the old city. Friendly staff willing to help and advise. Character of the building is good. Rooms are spacious with a great layout. Bathroom very clean and complimentary toiletries replaced regularly.

The hotel location is excellent for the old town. But the place itself is tired, it could be shabby chic but it’s just shabby. Breakfast was chaotic, with dirty plates and cups piled on side tables and even the floor as guests moved things so that they could eat. The breakfast food choice was basic and some strange combinations offered. The room was cool with no way to increase the temperature. Would I recommend it? No

Check in was easy. Room as unique. Not a fan of furniture that is low to the ground. We are taller and older, joints do not like getting out of low furniture. Room was cold. Could not get room warmer. Bathtub was HUGE. I would have tried it out if the room wasn’t so chilly 😞. Again, sorry I can’t rate you higher.

ヘルシンキからのトランジット便が欠航となり、予定より5時間遅れて深夜0時頃チェックインしましたが、快く対応いただき大変ありがたかったです。 客室は広く、アンティークで中世の宮殿の住人になったかのようで、とても雰囲気があります✨ 帰りはタクシーを予約しましたが、タクシーの運転手さんがホテルの中まで呼びに来てくれ、荷物を運んでくれました。信頼できるタクシーを呼んでいただき感謝しています。 また機会があれば、利用したいホテルです❤️

So ein schönes kleines Hotel, super gelegen um die Stadt zu erkunden, Frühstück könnte besser sein, teilweise fehlten Sachen und wurden nicht nachgelegt, eine Bar wie in der Hotelbeschreibung angegeben gibt es aber leider war die nicht offen bzw. wurden wir nicht bedient, Restaurant war auch zu , schade, ansonsten Personal freundlich, Zimmer auch gut

Fijn hotel met goed ontbijt en bedden dichtbij openbaar vervoer en startpunt tours. Ligt ook dichtbij bezienswaardigheden. Houd er rekening mee dat je kamer niet automatisch wordt schoongemaakt, kaartje aan de deurknop en dan komt het in orde. Op verzoek kun je een waterkoker krijgen kwamen we achter in de loop van de week.
