"一到飯店竟告知我們的房故障沒水，馬上帶我們到隔街另一間，房間很小又沒窗，我當下很生氣，拿出憑證告訴他，我訂的是24平方公尺豪華陽台部份海景房，而且這不是我原先訂的飯店，我很堅持要回我原訂房，他只好回原飯店然後給我原訂的房，根本沒任何問題，所以我覺得此飯店很不老實，早晚餐選項和量都很少，倒是餐飲男服務員很親切，到店付的6美元，給10美竟沒主動找錢，等退房時才跟櫃檯要，唉！不老實的飯店"

"When I arrived at the property. The television was broken. I was not informed that it was broken before my arrival nornwas I informed the sla was under maintenance. After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do. "2023/12/12〜12/15まで3泊４日で利用しました。 まず、マレ国際空港からのスピードボートはHotelに連絡すれば予約を取って頂けます。 ただ、immigrationを通過して入国し、換金やSIMカードを入手するには、１時間〜２時間かかりますので、飛行機到着時間から２時間は時間を空けてスピードボートを予約した方が良いです。 マーフシ島に到着した際はHotelのスタッフが港でリヤカーを持って待っていてくれる為、非常に助かりました。 Hotelの立地は1番賑やかな方面とは逆方向にですが、海沿いでありながら非常に静かでした。 Hotelのスタッフは非常にフレンドリーで、親切な説明もして頂き、非常に良いです。 部屋の状況も思っていたよりも広くて、清潔でした。 一つだけ問題は、シャワーの水圧が非常に弱い(今まで世界のいろいろなHotelに泊まりましたが、その中でも三本の指に入る弱さです)為、シャワーに異常に時間がかかり、あまりシャワーを浴びた気がしない感じでした。 "
