"Everything scrupulously clean. Room spacious and well-equipped. Nice ocean view. It was lovely! only small issues were no towel bar in the bathroom (supports on the wall, but no bar) and the tub was a wee bit slippery, could have used a mat. Toiletries were very nice. Towels very fluffy! We will come back."

"I stayed at this hostel for work, and overall, the experience was fantastic! The atmosphere was great, the location was beautiful, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would just like to suggest a few improvements that could make the experience even better for guests. One idea would be to switch the staff kitchen with the guest kitchen area. Since the staff kitchen is located where guests already gather to eat, it could create a more welcoming and social atmosphere. It would also be very helpful to replace the current refrigerator with a larger industrial-style glass-door fridge, similar to those found in convenience stores. Right now, there is very limited space for guests to store food, and it can be difficult to find an appropriate place inside the fridge. Another great improvement would be to provide plastic bins for dry food storage outside the fridge, as well as plastic bins inside the fridge for each guest. I saw this system at a hostel in Golden, and it worked extremely well. Adding shelves for organizing the bins would also help keep the kitchen clean and efficient. Finally, I would recommend thoroughly disinfecting the bottoms of the showers with bleach, as there was some pink buildup present, which may be a type of fungus or bacteria. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again! "

"I had stayed there the previous year with a much better experience. The staff were amazing and very helpful, but were unable to help with some issues. We stayed in a double queen suite in the main Inn. Bathroom was not very clean, dust all over the wooden door and the shower walls were splatted with some kind of liquid. TV did not work even though they tried to fix it. I personally thought the bed sheets spelt musty and the unit upstairs is not very well sound insulated - so you can hear every single foot step, door closing and people chatting. The indoor/outdoor grass on the balcony floor was a little strange and out of place. However, the view was amazing and the grounds were very nice and well taken care of. I just think it looks like a few corners were cut maybe to save some $$."
