"Worst management for the hotel . My brother lost his wallet and I was trying to help him out to get a hotel room , until we can figure out how to get him home . Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! Us her in US we never do something like that .. even though I called the hotel directly and explained the problem with them and they still refused. "

"The accommodation is fantastic- all the amenities you would need. Car parking is easy, there is storage and cleaning areas for bikes- so perfect for any cyclist. The location is very close to Oudenaarde- so a great location. Highly recommend "

"Clean room, staff friendly, great amenities,the bed was super comfortable, just little advise; i didn't see phone in the room to call the receptionist to ask to use the WI-FI if available should be presented either at the check-in or in the room But overall deserves 5 star from me,i would stay again without doubt "
