"The view from this hotel is amazing. The beds were comfortable and there is no need for AC because the mountains are cool at night. Staff were friendly but I didn't find them overly helpful, having to request information instead of it being offered freely but that seems to be a Costa Rican trait, not specific to this lodge. The view from my room’s balcony was fantastic and the view from the dining area was spectacular! My room and bathroom felt a little outdated and I didn’t have hot water, only cold.
