"大人2人子ども2人で2泊しました。事前にメールでの簡単な案内もありましたし、現地到着後も笑顔で対応してくれてスタッフさんの感じはよかったです。Wi-Fi接続後、インターネットに未接続の状態となり、部屋でYouTubeが見れないと息子たちががっかりしてましたが、そちらの対応もしっかりしてくれて2日目は部屋でYouTubeも見れてご機嫌でした。駐車場が少ないようで2泊目は他のお客さんのが早く予約していた関係でコインパーキングに駐めることになりました。コインパーキングのが駐車料が安く結果オーライでした。駅まで徒歩20分でちょっと歩くには遠いのでタクシーを利用しましした。そこまで手間ではないものの往復のタクシー代が2000円弱でしたので、ケチな私としては少しもったいないと感じました。"

"This hotel was really nice. Clean, quiet, and the large bath was very nice. I enjoyed the staff performance at night. I have never stayed at a hotel which offers performance done by staff members in the past, and it was a very fun experience. The dinner/breakfast buffet was very good and offered many local speciality items. The only thing i wish it was different was parking. They charged parking fee to guest. Otherwise, this hotelqas very good."

"If you are arriving by train, this property is about a 15 minute walk from Kochi station, which for Kochi is a fairly short walk. The location is also right next to a bus terminal, with a couple tram stops nearby as well. Good shopping is a close walk, and the castle is also only a 15 minute walk. As far as Kochi goes, this is probably as walkable as it gets. As for the property, it is a bit older, and while the hallway had a strange smell, the room smelled fine, was clean, and had good air conditioning. Moreover, they did daily cleaning, which is always nice. Overall I thought this was a good hotel, especially for the price."

They went above and beyond to help me whenever I had questions. The hotel also comes with an excellent restaurant. Their lunch and desserts are great. If I come back to Kochi, I will stay here again. Thank you very much for making my business trip comfortable and enjoyable. "
