“Room smelled like someone smoked cigarettes there.”

“Beautiful situation, nothing was too much trouble for the staff”

“I enjoyed our stay and its a very nice and clean hotel. One thing we did not like were the mattresses, really bad mattress and we have bad backs sleeping on them. Additionally i was surprised to see there is extra separate charge to use the spa facilities as one of the reasons i booked this hotel was the spa. It wasnt made clear on the booking this is the case and it is sad if this is something all hotels have started to do?”

“No USB and no coffee machine in the room, other than that everything was excellent.”

“Very clean room and around the hotel. Members of staff very welcoming and polite, went above and beyond. Great facilities and parking is free during the night from 8pm and 8am”

“Easy to find and clean linens for a quick overnight made it pleasant”

“Everything is good except the access. A little far from the main streets. ”

“The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. One of the few right on the beach, with a cute bar on the patio, indoor restaurant overlooking La Concha. Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful! 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat”

“Excellent room condition, good public transportation spot.”
