“A unique experience. Staying in a treehouse was very high on the novelty scale. Expect a slight slope in the floor, and don't forget to close the windows before you go to bed as the monkeys are sneaky and will steal any fruit that you leave on the dining table. A fun night. If you are averse to a staircase, this might not suit, you though.”

“They had no record of our reaction (that we had paid confirmation through hotels.com. They charged us cash to get a room. (Options in the area and time we arrived extremely limited). Had to try and negotiate an 11 check out at 9 suggested he wanted us out by 10 (place had no other guests). Very noisey all night”

“Das Hotel sollte Expedia aus dem Programm nehmen. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, verstaubt. Das Bad riecht übel. Kein warmes Wasser. Das fenster im Bad liess sich nicht schließen, dadurch besteht die Gefahr dass Mosquitos ungehindert eindringen und das in den Tropen. Im Flur liegen tote Insekten, Kakerlaken. Insgesamt ist das gesamte hotel schmutzig und heruntergekommen auch wenn sich das Personal bemüht. ”

“위치가 생각 이상으로 외진 곳에 있습니다. 꼬불꼬불한 산길을 한참 가야해요. 픽업서비스가 30달러였나 그랬는데, 아까워서 요청 안하고 툭툭탔다가 죽는줄 알았습니다. 픽업서비스 받는걸 추천합니다. 직원들이 옛날 식민지시절 옷 같은 제복을 입고 있고, 친절합니다. 다만, 서양인에 비해 동양인을 다소 소홀히 대하는 느낌을 받았습니다. 가실 분들은 복장에 조금 신경쓰시기 바랍니다. 기분이 상해서 체크인 후 옷을 갖춰입고 다녔더니 훨씬 잘해주더군요. 주변경치는 정말정말 아름답습니다. 욕실도 통유리 비슷하게 되어있어서 차밭이 모두 보이구요. 며칠 더 머물고 싶을만큼 좋았습니다. 주변에 아무것도 없기 때문에 호텔 안에서 모든것을 해결해야 하는데, dining on wheels가 엄청 비싸긴 하지만 한번정도는 경험해볼만 합니다.”

“Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Atmosphäre, die das Personal kreiert war äußerst familiär und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Auch die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und idyllisch, da sie von Teeplantagen umgeben ist.”

“Der Ort am Hang mit Blick auf die Hügel ist sehr schön - auch, weil das offene Haus und der Essensbereich sehr harmonisch und mit Naturdesign sehr gemütlich ist. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und der Service war einfach super! Wir können von dort mit dem tuktuk zum little Admms Peak (die riesige Hängeschaukel ist super), nach Ella City und hoch zum neuen, sehr beeindruckenden Tempel fahren - die Fahrt ist ein bisschen abenteuerlich, aber die Fahrer sind erfahren im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes.”

“we had a lovely time in Galway Heights. We really liked the location in a small rural road close to a hindu temple and small village and in the tea plantations. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff very attentive. The only grievance was the lack of elevator. We would definitely recommend this.”

“Stayed for 2 nights in November in the family room with mountain view & our own roof terrace with table, chairs & hammocks. Our room was very nice, clean & the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a good size. “Transport to the location from the train station was an issue, this could be due to the number of tourist that were also on the train trying to get a taxi or tuk tuk. It took just under an hour walk to Nine Arches Bridge. It was a pleasant walk alongside the road. The property is a new build and has a lovely view of Ella Rock. ”
