“Mycket trevligt läge och killen som jobbade där var trevlig och hjälpsam. Duschen var ingen höjdare. Det fanns inget duschutrymme så allt i badrummet blev dygnsurt. ”

“This was our 2nd stay at the Asian Jewel. Our return was based on our previous experience which was lovely staff, good food, clean and spacious room. The location is out of town but was easy/cheap to get tuk tuks and being situated next to the lagoon allowed us to see lots of beautiful birds from our balcony. Would recommend and hope to return again.”

“A family business run by Himmel. The property sits right next to Bentota Lagoon. There is a daily shuttle to and from the beach. The accommodation is in a block of two floors. The rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of storage space and a large furnished patio or balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon. The rooms are kept very clean by very friendly staff. Breakfast is plentiful with a good choice. Himmel also runs a travel firm called Zeus Travel which provides transport to where ever you...

“We stayed here for four nights, it was steps away from the beach. The highlight of the stay was the helpful friendly staff. They bent over backwards to please us. The room price was very good, but I would recommend taking the deluxe room rather than the standard room for a better view. Breakfast was different each morning and the highlight of the breakfast was a plate of fresh fruit each morning. One night the internet was not working but we just mentioned it to Nimish and he looked after it....

“Heel schoon en comfortabel verblijf. Hele goede wifi, en Airconditioning 2 schone zwembaden mooi aangelegde tuin. Op korte loopafstand van de hoofdweg met veel restaurants. Ontbijt beschikbaar en op zich goed.. maar traag gereserveerd en verkeerde volgorde. Eerst Fruit dan na 10 minuten het Ei, dan na 10 minuten de toast en de koffie en fruitsap pas na 40 minuten... Maar zou er zo weer terug keren... prima.”
