"Excellent location - between the station and the town centre, on a very quiet street. The host brought delicious local pastries for breakfast every day, and provided a lot of useful information about Lecce and the surrounding area."
"We were so surprised and pleased with this amazing accommodation. Everything was absolutely excellent, from the room to the pool, to the lush gardens to the fantastic breakfast… all of this at a very reasonable price! One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended!"
"We booked this property last minute, since our initial reservation at another hotel was cancelled by the host and left us stranded. What a gem! It was very clean, modern, friendly staff who allowed early check in, and excellent location to walk around Lecce. Would highly recommend. "

Castle of Charles V is just one of the places to see in Lecce, so why not enjoy the other things to explore during your travels? While in the area, you can find time to visit its cathedral.
Do not pass up the opportunity to stay several days and take in the culture of Lecce! We planned a whole week and I'm so glad we did. Easy to do day trips as well.

Lecce is a lovely location, with plenty of amenities, however, I would advice having a car as once you have been around the old town, there isn't much else to see and if you were there for more than two day, I feel you would run out of things to do.

Parking is not easy. We lucked out and found a free space but we're worried about the car until we checked on it the next day. You don't need a car once you are there

"Beautiful property; service is outstanding. Excellent breakfast; terrace on top floor has great apperitivos overlooking the basilica - excellent experience spending a day at Mora Mora beach club organized by hotel - lunch there was also excellent. "
"Decided on a last minute stay to see Lecce. The hotel is small but very spacious & clean, easy to find with great service from friendly and helpful staff. We had pre booked parking so after easily finding the hotel, our luggage was whisked out and the car taken for us. In the old city, everywhere was an easy walk - good in 31 degree heat - and the hotel helped us with a fabulous restaurant recommendation & booking. Not the cheapest on offer but you certainly get what you pay for."
"
This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."
"A wonderful hotel for a stay in Lecce…beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, conveniently located to all the sites, with a friendly and professional staff. The breakfast spread is perfection."
