“Beautiful garden restaurant. We had breakfasts everyday. It’s nearby historical heritage, Colosseum and Roman Forum. This is my favorite hotel in Rome.”

“Communication was not good as expected ”

“Clean. First of all, the place is perfect. ”

“Cons: This is a tired boutique-ish hotel. The suite with hot tub was small (by American suite standards), the suite was dated, the caulking in the bathroom needed redone, the toilet ran, the balcony french doors were in disrepair. Pros: The staff was excellent throughout; pool, spa, sunbathing area, front desk, housekeeping, restuarant, etc. Top notch and is what made the stay enjoyable. The hot tub had good jets, but would timeout within 15 minutes. The balcony offered excellent...

“Very good front desk service!!!”

“Nice stay. But water service was just for first day. And some staffs are not nice to asian. They didn’t say hello to me in the morning. They just say hello other people next to me. I thought they ignored me. ”

“Nice breakfast”

“I had to hear all the shouting and crying of other visitors... it was too noisy...”
