If you are noise sensitive this is not the place for you - very loud party street from students all night into the wee hours of the morning. We used loud white noise to drown some of it out, it was a big help otherwise it would have been way too much."

The benefits are the charming surroundings; the drawbacks the noise in the streets in the evening and night from lots of partying students. The apartment and furniture are not new but functional.
