"The location of the hotel is great. 15 mins away from the train station, right by the old town, close to restaurants and bars, grocery store a few mins walk away. The staff during check-in were very helpful. Breakfast was basic but enough to fill you up. room was compact but enough for 2 nights stay. "

"Breakfast and restaurant Staff was absolutely amazing, and everything was very clean during my stay. I really like the fact that Cristiano was so kind to give me an upgrade the first night; however, on the following nights it was a complete downgrade. I mean, it was not something that I really think was value for my money. I've stayed in Corona de Oro for more than five years, and usually everything goes very smoothly. I think that most of the staff, like the guy that is at night, he's such a sweetheart, and Cristiano was also a super cool guy and very giving, but there was no water in my room every day. I know there was one grumpy guy at the reception that was not doing things right. I mean, it was not every time that I asked for something that he was doing it with a very bad vibe and not willing to help. It seemed that one day that I asked for transportation from the fair to the hotel, they made a big mess because they didn't give me the name or the license plates or the car make. In order that I can find that person, 30 minutes after they say, "Well, you need to pay because the guy is looking for you." I said, "But I don't have even the information." I started walking back to the hotel. I think that there's a couple of people, or maybe we just one people, that is a bad apple right now inside the hotel, and maybe they should just pay more attention to that. "

"Central location. Helpful staff. Convenient that parking was available, but driving in the historic area is tricky due to lots of pedestrians, cyclists and narrow streets. "

"Just on edge of old town pedestrian area. Friendly staff, some noise from the street but not too bad. Rooms are basic and not much storage but restaurants, shops and supermarkets very close by. Recommended."
