The hotel is conveniently located near the old town-just a short walk. More importantly, the staffis sweet and VERY helpful. Claudia went above and beyond to help us with our lost luggage.

Nice garden and pleasant facility. The TV in the room was not working. They tried fixing and offered a different room but we were already unpacked. Breakfast was good .

The location was fantastic. On the edge of the historic centre and only a short walk from Piazza Maggiore. The bed was excellent and the room was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant opposite the hotel was great and really reasonably priced. The breakfast was good and the staff each morning were very attentive. Although it could do with more cereal and fruit options. Our only gripes with the room were that it was constantly too warm for us (even when the radiators were turned down. Although this may not be an issue for others). The family in the room above were very noisy late into the night (this is obviously not the fault of the hotel. Simply a lack of consideration from the family above us and not the best sound proofing due to the age of the property). We would definitely stay again on our return to the city (later in the year the air conditioning would be turned on so the heat wouldn’t be an issue)

We are a family of 4 adults staying in two rooms - one twinned and one extra double, which are next to each other. We stayed for 4 nights in Feb half term. Location: 10/15 minutes walk to main town square, 25 mins to Bologna Centrale train station. Or use 32 bus (circular) round outskirt of main town. HPSM is in a residential area which is nicer, quieter and with better air quality than those near train stations. Facilities: only triple room has tea and coffee making facilities; all have hairdryer, mini bar and safe. Lovely shower but it is a shame that it has no baths. Good breakfast, a wide range of food and drinks. Beautiful courtyards, ideal for summer outdoor seating. Staff: very helpful and friendly. Rooms are cleaned and towels replaced everyday. Overall: A great place to stay, close to main square and there are two very good restaurants nearby, one (in the corner) is listed in a guide book. Bookings are essential.

This hotel has the perfect location, just a short and pleasant walk to the centro of Bologna. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet, included with the stay, is a wonderful plus with plenty of options to start the day. Everything is very clean and well maintained, making it a comfortable and stress-free place to stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bologna!

Koselig hotell i rolige omgivelset

Rom litt bortenfor resepsjonen gjennom en annen inngang. Bra frokost med godt utvalg, hvor en kan velge å sitte ute i bakhagen, eller inne. Fikk problemer med A/C der det tok litt vel lang tid får det kom hjelp. Resepsjonisten påsto at han som skulle komme var blitt heftet i en garasje, men han selv sa at han hadde hatt siesta😅 Hotellet ligger helt i utkanten av bykjernen, men i grei gåavstand til det aller meste.

Super schöne Unterkunft! Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer haben alles was man braucht (Klimaanlage war wichtig) und der Innenhof ist wunderschön grün. Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend um fußläufig Bologna zu erkunden. Das Auto konnten wir vor dem Hotel mit einem 24 Stunden Ticket für 9€ parken, da die Garage voll war (haben wir aber auch vorab nicht angefragt). Insgesamt seeehr zu empfehlen!
