“The location is excellent, just steps from the primary Piazza. The rooms are on the 4th floor of a high-end mall. Restaurants, shopping, sites and Hop-OnHop-HopOff bus very close. The rooms were modern and could be considered luxury accommodations. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great. The host was very responsive. Looking forward to next stay.”

“Perfect location in Piazza Maggiore”

“A wonderful small boutique hotel that is located in the center of the city. Beautiful, luxury breakfast! Will definately stay there again if I come back to the city.”

“We loved our stay here! So much space, a comfortable bed, and so close to everything. The room was clean and we had breakfast coupons for a little cafe down the way. Couldn't have been happier. Would stay here again!”

“We arrived early and although our room wasn’t ready we were welcomed to drop our luggage and given a map of Bologna by Valerio. We ate at a good Ramen restaurant a few doors down. Perfect room for our 1 night in the city.”

“So close to sights and great food”

“Great location, but the service from the senior staff is incredibly disappointing." • "The younger staff are excellent, but the older employees lack any sense of hospitality." • "Several senior staff members were very rude and unprofessional; they seem to have lost their commitment to customer service."”

“Great apartment with excellent cleaning staff. Very bright hallway. 4 flights of stairs!! Great location”

“Clean and kind. I was very satisfied with the room. But TV was not working and there was a noise problem through the front door. ”
