“Great location but no staff on site. They were very quick to talk with us when they needed something but I asked, no begged for information on how to enter the building because no one responded to the buzzer. We had to consistently wait outside until someone else entered the building.”

“The room, amenities and location were perfect . The bed was comfortable and traveling with my teenage son was easy because he had his own super comfortable sofa bed. All you needed was provided including housekeeping services . We opted for room only and there were plenty of breakfast places nearby and the staff were readily available by WhatsApp. Highly recommend”

“The internet wasn’t working the whole time and I had to do work, and at the end I ran out of the data, and I only realized when I got into Urbino, and of course there’s no telecom here, and I’m screwed. Very pissed at the owners; I’ve texted them several times about the internet, and they just simply didn’t care. If you don’t care about WiFi, then everything else is fine.”
